Who can join
Bondholder and Non-Bondholder memberships are available by household size. Children are generally under 21 and must reside at the same address; full-time students under 25 may qualify by eligibility form. Senior pricing begins at age 60. One babysitter age 14+ may be added for a fee.

2026 seasonal dues range from $380 for a one-senior Bondholder membership to $1,825 for a six-person Non-Bondholder household. Bondholders make an additional $350 investment paid over three years, receive lower annual rates, ownership/voting rights and renewal priority. Non-Bondholders avoid the bond purchase.
