Membership & dues
Permanent membership is capped at 600 families and is restricted to defined Chevy Chase-area boundaries. Eligible applicants enter a waitlist and may receive Partial Summer, Weekday Only or Combination access before permanent membership. Declining a limited-use offer or a permanent-membership offer results in removal from the waitlist.

The 2026 permanent-membership capital assessment is $3,200 and annual dues are $365. Limited-use access first requires a $1,275 initiation fee.
